Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Delivery charges: delivery is charged at checkout based on order value. We ship with Bluedart, Delhivery and other leading couriers all over India, with tracking emailed on dispatch. If your location falls in a no-delivery area for our courier partners, orders are dispatched through the EMS postal service.
  • Cash on Delivery: if your COD order falls outside our serviceable pin codes, we will inform you and payment must be made online before we can dispatch your order.
  • Processing & dispatch: all orders are processed and dispatched within 1-8 working days. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. There can be delays due to unforeseen events such as festival holidays, technical delays, extreme weather or human factors.
  • Delivery time: depending on your location, delivery takes between 2-5 working days via courier and around 7 days via postal service after dispatch.
  • Third-party couriers: once a package has left our office it is entrusted to our third-party courier partners and cannot be recalled or expedited. Please note that while we are committed to assisting you, there are instances beyond our control - the contact information of the delivery executive is provided exclusively to the recipient, which may limit our ability to address certain issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
  • International orders: our website currently ships within India. International orders are arranged on specific request - contact us on WhatsApp (+91 70422 62266) or email info@labelshabel.com with your requirement and destination, and we'll confirm the order and shipping details personally.
  • Incorrect address: if delivery fails because of an error in the name, address or other information provided by you, any extra cost of redelivery will be payable by you.
  • Transit damage: if your order arrives damaged, contact us at customercare@labelshabel.com - return the products with the original packaging and we will resend your order at no extra cost.
