Our NAME LABELS stick best on smooth, hard and dry surfaces. Allow 24 hours after first use before washing item on which label is used.
Are your labels waterproof?
- Our labels are waterproof due to the polyester material, the waterproof adhesive, and the laser printing process. They are perfect for conditions where the printed label is likely to get wet, such as school bottles, tiffins etc.
- The material and adhesive conform to the BS5609 part 2 standard for marine immersion, which means they have been tested in salt water at mid-tide for a period of three months, and are suitable for use in outdoor and marine environments.
Can I use Name labels for clothes?
Our NAME LABELS are not meant for clothes. To label clothes please use IRON-ON labels only.
Are there some materials on which labels cannot be used?
Labels will have limited adherence to surfaces that have uneven texture, design, grooves, contours or special chemical coatings.
Can I use the name labels to label swimming gear?
Name labels are not advised for use on swimming gear such as swimming goggles or swim caps. The materials used in manufacture of these products is meant to stretch extensively and contract with each use and this makes the labels ineffective. Additionally, repeated prolonged exposure to chemicals in swimming pools affects the adhesive of the labels.

Where all can I use Iron-on labels?
Iron-on labels work best on fabrics that are cotton & cotton-polyester blends. they can be used to label any garment that can be comfortable ironed. However please use caution and discretion while applying labels to delicate fabrics.
Are there any special instructions for using iron on labels?
- Follow fabric and garment relevant care before ironing labels.
- Always use the muslin cloth while using iron on label.
- Do not use iron directly over label.
TURN OFF steam function on your iron while using iron on labels.
- Proper application requires the correct heat, pressure and time. Follow instructions sent with your labels.
- Iron-on labels can be ironed to the care label of a garment.
- Allow label to cool before touching.
- After putting on the iron-on label for the first time, WAIT 24 HOURS before washing garment.
Are the Iron On Labels permanent?
- The iron on labels, when adhered properly fuse to the material of the garment and are permanent.
- Depending on the type of washing method and detergent used or prolonged exposure to harsh sunlight, the ink may fade over time.
- Repeated direct ironing over the labels will also cause the ink to fade over time.

No, you can buy products from labelshabel.com, both as a registered member and as a non- registered user. As unregistered member, you must provide an email address and delivery address to enable payment and delivery of your order.
Registering an account with labelshabel .com enables you to save your preferences and requirements for future visits. In addition you may benefit from offers, rewards points that may be offered from time to time.
How do I register?
Click on Login on the home page. If you are a new user, you can sign up by clicking on the NEW CUSTOMER. You will be required to fill in the basic details to enable you to order and save your information for future use.

Your Account allows you to keep track of your orders, view and update your order details, and gives you control over your transactions. You can store your personal details for future visits, and keep a track on the status of your orders. You can also send labels to your friends and family from your account as gifts.

Whilst shopping on labelshabel.com , you may select multiple products, in order to make multiple selections, you must add your selected roducts/items one after the other to the shopping card for a consolidates selection and checkout for payment of multiple products for your purchase in one go.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once you have selected your labels designs, you will be provided with an online invoice with details of your order. To proceed to confirm your order, you will be required to complete your transaction via our payment gateway, on successful payment for the order you will be provided by a unique payment reference number confirming your payment and order.

Can I switch mode of payment after placing the order?
You can change from COD to prepaid, as long as the order has not been dispatched. once the package leaves our office, the mode of payment cannot be changed.

Yes, you can easily create and send labels from your own account to friends, family members and anyone else whom you would like to send to. Ensure that the shipping address you enter is the one where you would like us to send the labels.

How do I check the current status of my orders?
Please sign in to your account and click on orders status.
Can I cancel an order or change the order after it is placed?
You must request for cancellation of an order within 4 hours of placing it, as most orders are sent for printing within 4-6 working hours. You can place a cancellation request by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us. If you try to cancel an order after 4 hours of placing your order/ payment, we cannot process a refund.
Please note that we only accept change requests when sent over email or directly communicated over phone call, within 4 hours of placing the order. Messages sent on social media like facebook or instagram, or whatsapp are only monitored periodically and not by the team that handles production, whereas email is monitored instantly by the team incharge of production.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my order.
If you cancel within 4 hours of placing an order, we will refund your money in the same mode as you used to make a payment. If you cancelled an order after 4 hours, we cannot process a refund. If you choose not to accept the order even after it has been printed, we will still not be able to issue you a refund.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
NO. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to redirect delivery of your product to another address.
How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery Charges are based on your order value and range from Rs 75- Rs 250 for all orders within India. International Shipping is charged differently and please refer to our shipping policy to see the rate applicable for different parts of the world.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders take between 1- 8 working days, to be processed and dispatched. Products like labels are usually ready within 1-2 days. Products like wrapping papers, engraved pencils, note pads, planners etc take between 2-8 days. if your order consists of multiple items, then it is shipped collectively once everything is ready. Estimated time of delivery varies city to city. We ship using leading courier companies such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Aramax etc. Delivery time takes 2-3 working days depend on your location.
What happens to my package if I am not home to receive it?
If your order is a COD order, usually the courier company calls before attempting delivery. Incase the order is not deliverable for any reason, the courier company will attempt to delivery at least once more before it gets shipped back to us.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your airway bill number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.
